Watch and manage
Each agent's page is its record: what it cost, what it is about to do, and every conversation it had. This page covers reading that record, pausing an agent, your team, and the fixes for common problems.
Read what an agent did
An agent's page opens with its Last 7 days: credits spent, sessions, and the next run if one is booked. Below it, Sessions lists every conversation. Open one to read it from the start.
- Runs that nobody typed are marked in the conversation: Scheduled run, Started by a webhook, Handed off or Connection ready.
- Files shows what the agent wrote during the session.
- The Spec tab shows the instructions of the version that session ran, which may be older than today's.
- While an agent works in your own chat, a Working card shows its steps in plain language.
There is no inbox, approval queue, notification bell or emailed summary yet. An agent's page and its sessions are where you check on it.
Pause and resume
Pause, on the agent's page, stops every new piece of work on every channel: chat, website, API, webhooks and schedules. A turn already running finishes. Nothing is deleted: schedules, the webhook address and every setting stay, and no scheduled run starts while it is paused. Resume it from the same place.
| While it is paused | They see |
|---|---|
| You and your team | "This agent is paused." in place of the message box. Test is hidden. |
| Website visitors | "Away · not taking messages right now" |
| A webhook sender | A refusal, logged as "Refused" under Recent deliveries. The sender's own retry can run after you resume. |
Your team
Everyone you invite shares the account's agents, API keys, usage and billing. Each person has a role.
In the rail, open Team and press Invite members. Type one or more emails, separated by commas, choose a role, and press Send invites. Only the owner or an Admin can invite an Admin; a Member invites Members.
Each person gets an email with a join link. They sign in with the address you invited, press Accept and continue, and land on Agents in your workspace. An invite lasts 14 days; under Pending invitations you can resend it, copy its link or revoke it.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace. The person who created it. |
| Admin | Spend money, add or remove admins, and turn outside calls off, on top of everything a member can do. |
| Member | Build agents, use API keys, and bring other members in and out. They cannot spend money, change who the admins are, or change security settings, and they see only their own sessions. |
Each member and each pending invite uses a seat. A new account is on Solo, whose one seat is you, so inviting anyone starts with a larger plan: open Team, then Manage seats. Plans and prices are in Credits and billing.
Settings
- Name and Workspace name, which shows in the top bar and on invoices.
- Account / Workspace ID, with Copy workspace ID: include it when you write to us.
- Sign-in and security: password, two-factor and your active sessions.
Under Danger zone, Delete account revokes your API keys and removes your
account, your sign-in, and every workspace you own, for everyone in it. Type delete to confirm. It
cannot be undone.
When something goes wrong
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "needs reconnecting" or Needs sign-in | Press Reconnect and sign in as the same account. It fixes every agent that uses it. |
| "Last scheduled run failed" | Press Fix, open the run's conversation, and read what the agent said. |
| "This agent is paused." | Resume it from the agent's page. |
| A test behaves the old way | Publish first. Test runs the published version. |
| "There is no seat for" someone | Move to a larger plan with Manage seats, or revoke a pending invite to free its seat. |
| "This invite has expired" | Resend it from Pending invitations. |
| A knowledge base says a file is bigger than 25 MB, and it is not | The knowledge base may be full: it holds up to 200 files and 50 MB. Remove some files, or start another knowledge base. |
| "This workspace is out of credit." | Buy credit in Billing. See when the balance runs out. |
Anything else: write to contact@agentnava.com with your workspace ID, or use the support form.
