How to get help with AgentNavaKit.

Drop us a note and we'll get back to you. For account-specific issues, include your workspace ID (find it in console.agentnava.com → Settings) so we can look you up quickly.

Response times

  • General questions — typically within one business day (Pacific Time, Mon–Fri).
  • Billing or account issues — within one business day.
  • Outages or security — as fast as we can, usually within hours. If api.agentnava.com appears down, please use [URGENT] in the subject line.

We are a small team based in the United States. Outside business hours we may take a little longer.

Before you write — quick links

  • Setup questions — the Quickstart docs cover most first-time setup.
  • API behavior — see Spec & agent versions, Sessions, Operate.
  • Lost API key — we can't recover plaintext keys (they're stored as salted hashes). Revoke the old key in the console and create a new one.
  • Receipts and invoices — visible on the billing page; click "Manage in Stripe" to open the Stripe Customer Portal.

Billing questions

If you have a question about a charge:

  1. Open console.agentnava.com → Billing to see your current plan, payment method, and invoice history.
  2. Click Manage in Stripe to update your card, download invoice PDFs, or cancel.
  3. If something looks wrong, send us a note via the form above within thirty (30) days of the charge — select "Billing or account" as the topic. Refund eligibility is described in our Terms of Service.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the console's Billing page). Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period — no further charges.

To delete your account entirely (including all stored data), go to Settings → Delete workspace. Account deletion also cancels any active Stripe subscription.

Service status

If you suspect AgentNavaKit is down, check the underlying providers:

If those all look green and you are still hitting errors, email us — we will look at logs immediately.

Security and abuse

Report security vulnerabilities through the contact form above with topic "Security report". We will acknowledge within twenty-four (24) hours and coordinate disclosure responsibly.

Report misuse of the platform (spam agents, abusive bots, IP infringement) through the same form — please include the agent URL or workspace ID if you can.
